Finnegan's Run Charity Ride (Show Details...) November 22nd, 2008

On Saturday, Nov. 22nd, the Southwest Airlines PHX mechanics organized a ride called Finnegan's Run. It was in memory of Tom Finnegan, a mechanic based in PHX that was killed while riding his motorcycle. He was a good man, and a good mechanic. The maintenance department rallied and organized a ride in his memory.

The first of several stops of their all day ride was Mojito Cigar Lounge. In addition to commemorating Tom Finnegan, they came to purchase cigars to send to the troops serving our Country overseas. There were 40 to 50 bikers altogether. It was a great sight to see.

Mojito Cigar Lounge donated several boxes of cigars and humidors for their cause. It was a token of respect and appreciation for all our men and women serving our country, as well as respect and appreciation for all our mechanics taking good care of everyone at Southwest Airlines.

Mojito Cigar Lounge will host a Master Roller from La Gloria Cubana cigars this Wednesday, November 12th from 3-7 PM. We will provide complimentary food, beverages and a free cigar to the first 100 people at the event.

Join the Cigar Rolling Competition
Everyone will have the opportunity to try their hand at rolling a cigar. Afterwards, they'll receive a ROLLER CERTIFICATE signed by the Master Roller as well as a photo.
